“ With our growing family, my wife and I have been in the market searching for a mini van for over a year. My wife and her family have purchased from Lester Glenn Honda (previously Coast Honda) for the past decade and have always had a positive experience. So after searching on their website, we found a used Honda Odyssey we were interested in and just had to check in out. From our first conversation with Morgan, we were impressed. We reserved a time to test drive and spent the afternoon with Alex as he helped answer all of our questions and concerns. Alex and Dennis were friendly and both extremely helpful and knowledgeable as we worked through negotiations and the opportunity to purchase the van. Alex helped navigate our trade in (older Honda Civic) and was positive the entire time. Overall we were able to purchase and drive home the same day with the new van! Incredible staff and service, if I could leave more than 5 stars I would. My experience with car dealers in the past made me on edge going here but rest assured all of my concerns were taken care of and I felt like I was at home.
