Check Your Headlights

Pack an Emergency Kit
The cold weather can strain your vehicle in several ways, so we recommend that you pack an emergency kit in your car. This way, you can always be prepared, even for the unexpected.
Your emergency kit should include:

- Orange safety triangles
- Flashlight
- Small tool kit
- First aid kit
Watch for Lots of Leaves
With so many trees losing their leaves, they can quickly pile up. Leaves can hide potholes, dips, and obstructions, and they can also be slick. Drive cautiously, especially when you don’t know the road’s contours. As an added precaution, ensure you have at least 4/32 of an inch of tread. If you don’t have adequate tread, consider replacing your tires, especially before the winter season begins.
