I was forced to bring my car in due to an unexpected problem with my 2009 civic. Ken could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. He was able to get my car in immediately even though they were very busy. Once my car was diagnosed, he was thorough with the explanation of what was going on with it and what my options were. Ken maintained communication, providing updates as my car was being worked on. I was provided with free shuttle service to and from my home in Belmar. It was a pleasure to work with the Ken and all of the staff at this location making a stressful situation not feel so stressful. Thank you!
